Meet Kasandra
Kasandra Chavez
I’m Kasandra Chavez, an Arizona native and REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix West Valley. Since 2018, I’ve built my business around education, clear communication, and helping my clients understand the market so they can make decisions with confidence.
I especially enjoy working with first-time sellers, relocation buyers, and clients navigating the decision between new construction and resale. Together with my husband, Gabriel, I lead the Chavez Dream Home Team at Real Broker, providing honest, personalized guidance and a strategy built around what you’re actually trying to accomplish.
Why I work this way
Long before I became a REALTOR®, Gabriel and I went through a home sale that shaped the way I practice real estate today. Our boys were young, and while we understood that we were selling our home, we weren’t prepared for everything that came next. No one really walked us through our options, helped us anticipate what to expect, or showed us how to prepare our family for the transition ahead.
I remember how unsettling it felt to make such a big life decision without feeling like we had a clear plan. That experience shaped the REALTOR® I became: I want my clients to understand not only what’s happening now, but what comes next, what their options are, and how to prepare for it. That’s why education, clear communication, and thoughtful planning are at the heart of how I work with every client.
Our primary niche is helping first-time sellers and homeowners who haven’t sold in years, people who want more than just a listing agent. They want to understand the process, know what to expect, and have a clear plan for what comes next. We also specialize in helping buyers relocating to the Phoenix West Valley, using our local knowledge and educational approach to help them understand the different communities and make confident decisions about where to live.

From attending property walkthroughs and coordinating showings to assisting with crucial details when schedule demands arise, Gabriel provides the experienced second set of hands that keeps your move on track.
Together, Kasandra and Gabriel ensure you receive full-team accessibility and complete continuity at every stage of your real estate journey.
Kasandra is the lead and client-facing agent for the team: all initial client meetings happen with her, and she is the voice of the team on social media, the blog and YouTube.
